• Data Segregation: Each company's data is architecturally isolated by a unique company identifier. No cross-company data access is possible at any level.
• Encrypted Passwords: All passwords are hashed using bcrypt with industry-standard salting. Plain-text passwords are never stored.
• Secure Session Tokens: Authentication tokens are stored in HTTPOnly, Secure cookies to prevent JavaScript-based access.
• Role-Based Access Control: Granular permission levels (Admin, Editor, Viewer) ensure users can only access data within their role and company scope.
• Audit Logging: All significant actions are logged with request IDs, timestamps, and IP addresses for full traceability.
• Account Approval: All supplier and buyer accounts are subject to manual approval before platform access is granted.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees and partners who require it to fulfil their responsibilities.
